Landscape Consultations**
A one time consultation fee of $50 is collected at the first on-site meeting.
Design Fees**
Design projects are quoted after the initial consultation based on the complexity and size of the design.**
Designs can include: Full landscape design services as listed. Installation plans & detail drawings, plant care and gardening information & installation estimates for budgeting purposes.
Design Fees are based on the services requested and can be subject to change if additional services are added.
Project Management Fees
Fees are included with installation cost if homeowner contracts Gardens By Monette to install the project.
If the homeowner would like to install the project themselves, Gardens By Monette can be hired to consult with the installation periodically on site or at a nursery for an hourly rate of $100/hour.
**All design and consultation fees are appropriately credited back to the homeowner if project management services are used.
